We at the Melbourne Textile Wet processing Plant are conscious of our responsibilities as a textile manufacturer to preserve the delicate balance between man and the environment, for which, we have implemented strict procedural policies at all our manufacturing facilities including:

Analysis of the company production processes to increase energy saving and recycling.
Control over backwater and solid wastes of the plant.
Analysis of the incoming textile products to assess their potential environmental impact.
Counting of dyes, chemical products and formulations; analysis of safety procedures: classification in terms of potential environmental impact.
Definition of correct management procedures relating to the most critical activities from an environmental friendly view point: raw materials supply, chemical products and formulations, supplier qualification, control procedure on materials and products at their arrival and wastes and backwater control.
Implementation of operating instructions relating to ISO 9001 / 2000 standards.
